I have been running a business online for over 10 years so why do I need Alex Jeffreys’ Coaching Program?

First of all I need to explain a bit about my history online – I have made a lot of money from selling physical products via my own Website (using Google traffic) Amazon, and eBay.
I also did well as earlier sites such as Freeserve Marketplace – which no longer exists, and QXL auctions which was effectively wiped out by eBay.

A few years ago I built up my site to PR8 and with massive Google traffic of 7000+ visitors and well over $1000 profit per day. But Google is constantly changing and the site gradually dropped down to it’s current PR2.
I have had some good years on eBay and more recently a very successful year in 2007/2008 making over $100,000 profit from Amazon while I wasn’t even running the business myself – I was writing and selling eBooks such as my Free Listings Report while my staff ran the business, and made a few $1000 from that.

Can you spot the problem here?
Some years were fantastic and others were quiet. This year so far has been one of the least successful years.

That’s why I looked at Alex’s coaching program a couple of days ago – with Alex’s help I plan to build a successful long term information product business.

First of all I have known Alex for about two years via his site Easy Profit Auctions.
I remember him posting in the forum to ask what people thought about paying $5000 for coaching.
Anyway he completely ignored our advice (just kidding) and went ahead and paid Mike Filsaime $5000 and the rest is history…

I will be posting general information here on my progress (but obviously nothing confidential about the Alex Jeffreys’ Coaching Program) and also in the Website Wealth Wizards Forum (A site I jointly own and which you can join FREE)

The first webinar is 6th July so come back then and see how I progress.

Casio Exilim Lithium Ion Battery NP 20

This is a follow-up post to the one I made yesterday – this time I am providing some information directly related to the Casio Exilim Lithium Ion Battery NP 20 as well as other types of battery.

Battery Packs Explained

In the simplest terms, a rechargeable battery pack is a collection of one or more rechargeable cells, assembled together to provide power, measured in watts per hour, to a portable electronic device such as a digital camera or laptop computer.
The most common forms of rechargeable cells are the Nickel Cadmium (Ni-Cd), Nickel Metal Hydride (Ni-MH ) and Lithium-ion (Li-ion).

Lithium-ion (Li-ion) is the newest of the rechargeable chemistries and is used by the Casio NP 20.
Li-ion has been in mass production since 1995. they have three times the voltage per cell as Nickel-based chemistries (3.6 V vs. 1.2 V), Li-ion has a higher energy density and is therefore ideal for lightweight applications. It is currently the first choice for laptops, notebooks, camcorders, digitial cameras and
mobile phones.

How NOT to treat your Casio Exilim Lithium Ion Battery NP 20

1. DO NOT leave on charge for extended periods.
2. DO NOT short circuit terminals.
3. DO NOT drop or mutilate.
4. DO NOT disassemble.
5. DO NOT place in fire or near sources of extreme heat.
6. DO NOT expose to moisture or rain.

How To Extend Your Battery’s Charge:

If your camera has an optical viewfinder, switch off your LCD and use that instead. But do note that some of them may not be parallax-error corrected, so the sides of the image may get cropped off.

In colder countries, keep your camera warm by hiding it underneath the jacket you’re wearing. Low temperatures can cause batteries to drain faster, so warming them with your body heat keeps the batteries in optimal condition for more shots.

Do not review your pictures too much or to record long video clips when the battery is running low. These two functions are among the most draining on the battery, so minimise these activities if you intend to take more photos.

TOP TIP:
Carry a spare fully charged Casio Exilim Lithium Ion Battery NP 20 – these days they are not very expensive.
