This is my first post of 2011, so I suppose I should say Happy New Year!

It’s been a hectic year so far.

I moved house 2 weeks ago. My girlfriend is away at the moment so the first night I just brought a folding bed and the computer here. Since I’ve been using mobile broadband, I’ve done all the moving by car and had to do a few jobs to the house I’ve had limited time online.

The new house is great though, just 2 miles from where I used to live on the edge of a small village. There’s a field behind with a couple of horses in it and it’s very peaceful and will be a fantastic place to work from.

It’s a split level house with lounge upstairs to make the most of the view over the sea to Scotland.

I’m going to have my new office downstairs which is one of the biggest rooms, but for the moment I’m setup temporarily in the corner of the bedroom.

I’ve stuck with my plan of doing something every day, even if it’s only half an hour. It can be slow progress at times, but things get done.
